They canceled my birthday massage on Monday and the one that I rescheduled on Wednesday. Extremely disappointed.
I'm very disappointed with my first visit that I didn't even get to start. If yall expect customers to cancel in advance yall should be doing the same. Yall had all morning to call me but waited until I was literally in the parking lot to call. This was my only day before I give birth to treat my body to something nice. I came here once to get a facial and went today to get a massage. Both times that I’ve left, I always wonder why I don’t go more often! Everybody is super nice, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the person doing my massage, Josh, was so lovely! He checked in every now and then on whether or not the pressure was good, if I was doing alright, and helped guide me on how to relax. My husband bought a gift card for my birthday and I FINALLY got a massage Friday. Kirby was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he has a strong but gentle strength in his hands. I would definitely recommend him. I gave 4 stars only because I think the prices are a little high but he was really really nice.
