I arrived without appointment and was immediately offered a seat to have my blood specimen taken. The pathology collector was friendly and the and obviously skilled in her duties. Since moving to the area 5 year ago I have always used this collection centre after initially being recommended by my Doctor. The staff have always been cheerful and welcoming.
The gals at Laverty Atherfield are lovely. Friendly yet professional and very gentle
Excellent service. Thorough preparedness. Thorough follow up processes. Extreme lengths were taken to ensure that processes were accurate and in accord with doctors instructions, as such written instructions were not as clear as they could’ve been. The staff were very keen to ensure that I was comfortable safe and confident, even following up with telephone calls to explain processes.
