I had a 2-hour insulin resistance / glucose tolerance test scheduled for 8:00 AM, which is a time-critical fasting test. The centre is advertised to open at 7:00 AM. I waited over 30 minutes and no staff arrived to open the clinic. I have attached a timestamped photo showing the centre still closed well past opening time. Many people were disturbed with this experience. Supposed to open at 7 am. But still closed at 9 am. Other people went to different pathology. But Iam confused and stuck here because half of my test request/referral form was taken at the time of appointment booking, which made it difficult to attend a different pathology provider when this centre failed to open on time. This further added to the inconvenience and confusion.
