I won't ever get blood test at Laverty again. It was my first time there, the lady was nice but it was very painful with continuing whole arm pain which is still going on a month later. I paid for my test at the time, and then they text saying I owed for my bill. Took 40min on hold to get through to someone to clear up that I had paid already. Lucky I still had my receipt. Excellent service... I would highly appreciate if it could become a policy to send the results directly to the patient when requested and asap, rather than waiting to have an appointment with a doctor...
Reception and technical staff were friendly and competent. Quality of x-rays not yet available to me.
