Collector on 18th june was really unprofessional. Reached at 8:20 , no one in the clinic, still just shut the door and asked to wait all while collector was on the phone. Was getting late for office so just visited another laverty near the westmead hospital. No customer care skills
The team was professional courteous and was very efficient. I was in and out in no time and staff very friendly.
Been 2 days I am visiting mons road one. Gave me Monday morning appointment for 8:30. It was closed. Gave me Tuesday appointment and still closed. No ones picking up the phone anymore.
Blood collection and breath test was super smooth, staff is very friendly and professional.
Generally recommend Laverty for blood collection but not ECG. I came on Tue, 26 Apr 2022, at 11.30 am for ECG. She did say that I will likely be charged $70 (I usually got it free at my GP practice, but my nurse was away that day). She told me to just be on the chair and not the standard supine (lying flat) position unless specifically requested by the doctor.
