The pathology collector was very unprofessional. She did not clean my skin before inserting the needle. She wasn't courteous, she was.in such a hurry that she made me sign 2 documents,1st document I signed I knew which is a standard one on which is the referral but she made me sign another doc and did not even bother making me understand.
I have been having my blood tests done from Marilou since many years now In Westmead doctors clinic She is really patient and very careful while doing blood tests, she makes sure to inform patient completely with all the process. Very professional attitude. Really recommend her.
The collector’s name was Marilou. She came across as quite bossy, she asked me to hold items that should really be her responsibility, and she did so in a very unprofessional, ordering tone. During my test, she did not seem to take proper care. The injection was done roughly, which caused unnecessary pain. She also asked me to hold my arm very tightly, repeating it in a rude manner.
