Had blood collected by Patty who is friendly and most of all very gentle with the procedure ! I highly recommend Patty for her overall service!
Patty was wonderful. Really caring and gentle with blood collection. Easy location just opposite Kendall St Mall at West Pymble.

Went to clinic at 8am, I was 2nd on line. The nurse was efficient and professional but could have been a little more friendly. I live 5 minutes walk so very convenient but I am being put off by the grumpy nurse.
