Went to clinic at 8am, I was 2nd on line. The nurse was efficient and professional but could have been a little more friendly. I live 5 minutes walk so very convenient but I am being put off by the grumpy nurse.
Nurse firstly comes late, doesn’t apologise. Then she is grumpy and unprofessionally. Likes to mention how she has had to start work at 8am and hates it!!
I went this morning (4/12/24) didn’t have to wait long , I was 3rd in queue, the nurse was efficient, professional and friendly, and I didn’t feel the needle. I was hesitant about going here due to the awful reviews but I can only write of my experience.
Collector was very lovely and attentive.
