Today I had a terrible experience. I arrived at the blood collection point promptly at 9:00 AM, as scheduled on the Laverty website. I went to find the doctor, mainly to confirm my 9:00 AM appointment. At this point, a woman seemed to think I was trying to cut in line (this was understandable, as it did appear like I was trying to cut in line), and told me to take a number and wait.
