Waited over an hour only to find out that no one attended after 10am. 7 groups of people were waiting. Not even the 2 receptionists could explain what happened. Very disappointing! The date was on 04/10/2025. I'm sure you can check your roster schedule.
Worst pathology ever, they had a system error for the bulk billing. Had to pay upfront, and requing for itemize receipt from last 20 days and still haven't received it. False promise everytime on calling. Worst pathology experience ever in Australia. Won't recommend, would give 0 star if option was available.
there is no appointment for the lab which opens at 9am. was fasting entire morning, took sick leave for work, waiting outside for 30min, to just find out that noone has attended. should not trade as first come first serve if the pathologist won't attend on time. total waste of my time and money to get a blood test referral paper.
The lady who took my blood today was a consummate professional. After multiple failed attempts to get a sample elsewhere, she got it first go - her experience was obvious. She was also very friendly and pleasant. This experience made a big difference and is an easy five stars.
