Very good and quick service here. Staff are profession, efficient, and speak loudly enough for you to hear them, thankfully. Plenty of waiting room chairs, though it would be good to have a few with arms to help yourself to stand up if you have a bad knee etc. Very friendly place.
Actually it was really a good customer service. Especially Namira who has taken the blood was really gentle,talk nicely and did a good job. So highly appreciate the support and service. Thank U
The ladies are just so friendly at the Wallsend clinic and not afraid of a bit of banter while they are trying to take bloods. I have really hard to find veins but Namira was just amazing and had me laughing the whole time and she was determined to be able to draw from me. Big shout out to her, you are truly the best at getting bloods! And thankyou to the other two ladies you guys were hilarious and kept me entertained. I’ll see you in 6 months
I tried to get my bloods done twice now before work and been unsuccessful both times. First time I was there for 30 mins and they called through 1 number. Second time 20 mins and no numbers called. Both times I could hear the staff chatting amongst themselves about non work related subjects. Maybe they were busy and I don’t know all the details, but from a customers view, it appeared they did not care about moving through their waiting room full of people in a timely manner.
