Uralla Laverty is great to have in Uralla. They are friendly, and explain what is being done. As my blood is hard to retrieve they are very gentle and understandable.

Very careless, reckless, irrisponsible & rude lady working Mon 2nd December 2024, after an elderly gentleman tripped over the old, dishevelled and folded front door mat upon entry to Laverty this accident seemed to have angered the only staff member on duty who chose to leave the trip hazard map for another 13 minutes and 2 more customers to either stumble themselves or notice the trip hazard.
