I think they could close off the laverty at Umina beach, because they can't be bothered to open up on Saturday, that is now the second time I get there on Saturday at 7.15am because they are supposed to open up at 7.30am and no one open up. So went across the street at Douglas Hanly. I will never go back to laverty.

Terrible experience! Woke up early and fasted, expecting the centre to open at 7:30 am as advertised. People even had appointments, but by 8:15 am no one had arrived and the doors were still locked. There was no one to call or update us, so everyone ended up having to cross the road to Douglass Hanly Moir — at least they open on time. I would strongly suggest just going there in the future.
Good collection centre but only if there are two people on. If there is one on the wait is extremely long. I timed it at 10 minutes per patient and there is no queing system just remember who's in front of you
Waited over 1.5hrs for a blood test. Always very poorly staffed. Terrible service and really slow as well.
