Waited over 1.5hrs for a blood test. Always very poorly staffed. Terrible service and really slow as well.

Dear management, Today I had to wait two hours to have a simple blood draw. Apart from the fact that there are no staff when you walk in and havent a clue what to do to be seen, you could at least have a sign there that says blah blah blah blah, but there is nothing. It was 20 minutes before a staff member came out. She didn’t tell me that I would have to wait another hour and 40 minutes to have my blood taken For if she did, I would have gone elsewhere. Horrible phone service can not contact this store and have trouble asking question they do not answer their phones and make people drive in to ask about there questions do better !
