I went in yesterday morning for a blood test, and I have veins that are just not there half the time. Yesterday was no exception. But the really sweet and kind woman working was so understanding and patient. Even though she couldn't get the blood she understood the amount of pain I am in so she went above and beyond. She wasn't just doing her job she was being a supportive and caring person. Thank you
