Disgusting. Said it opens at 7:30. Had 20 people lined up outside and didn’t open there gates till after 8.
Highly trained and a friendly team .
I arrived at Laverty Pathology Toronto about 15 minutes before closing, only to be told they wouldn’t assist me because “it would require them to stay after closing” and “they don’t get paid to stay late.” If that’s the case, perhaps the advertised operating hours should be adjusted to reflect when staff are actually willing to help. Very disappointing experience.
