Professional but caring staff, relaxed surroundings
The team at Thornton were incredibly professional and friendly they made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you so much for your great atmosphere and wonderful service. Truly a credit to the organisation
absolutely useless...waited 25 mins at 1 place to do an instant drug and alcohol screen. was then told it couldn't be done because of some computer invoicing problem, but they have another clinic in west cessknock that could do it. so I waited 45mins at west cessknock and was then told " yes we do that here,but we don't have any kits to do it " ... really... I tried to ring before to find out, but you can't talk to anyone... pure rubbish..
