Laverty Pathology Home Collection. Booked for home visit/fasting bloods collection for an individual who is disabled. Service never arrived on the day. No answering of their telephone line. No access to leaving my name and my telephone number. No communication from their staff until next day. Centre collections at least ensure being seen generally. Can get crowded though and access can be poor in some centres when using mobility aids.
