I hate getting my bloods done I have put it off for 6 months but finally needed to for surgery. The lady who did my bloods was so sweet and patient with me. After she drew the blood I felt so faint and sick and was fanning me with paper, holding my hand and even hugged me after. I couldn’t believe how kind she was. Made a scary experience so much nicer. I wish I knew her name but she worked today 13/3/26 at around 8:50am and had short blonde hair and glasses. She is a saint.
Don’t bother rude and very dismissible. Send you away.
I would highly recommend this practice as Debbie is so professional and her friendly and caring nature really makes for a pleasant experience. Added bonus she is so experienced it really is pain free.

Incorrect address details on Google led to an unnecessary half hour wait at the wrong address. A Google update and a sign at the old address would be helpful
