Laverty needs to get their act together. Tanilba needs a responsible blood collection service that is open ONTIME . This is an aged community that requires and relies heavily on local health services. The constant inconsistency in opening times is not good enough. Some times it doesn’t open until after 8:30. This is not a reflection of the lovely staff at all ! All blessings to them! Get your act together laverty !
I have always found the staff to be professional as well as lovely & extremely caring. But can you please put a reliable system in place to let the community know if staff will be opening later or if at all. Too many times i have lined up waiting with others only to find out no one is coming. Today was one of those days. After waiting for more than an hour many of us drove out of town. No staff. Went for fasting bloods marked urgent and nobody the or an indication of when there will be. Poor form from Laverty seeing as they won't collect from the 2 medical practices either. So if, like me, for medical reasons you can't drive you have no option. Do better by regional areas Laverty!!!!
