I have always found the staff to be professional as well as lovely & extremely caring. But can you please put a reliable system in place to let the community know if staff will be opening later or if at all. Too many times i have lined up waiting with others only to find out no one is coming. Today was one of those days. After waiting for more than an hour many of us drove out of town. No staff. Went for fasting bloods marked urgent and nobody the or an indication of when there will be. Poor form from Laverty seeing as they won't collect from the 2 medical practices either. So if, like me, for medical reasons you can't drive you have no option. Do better by regional areas Laverty!!!!
Another highly efficient and caring visit to the Tanilba Bay clinic makes the requirement for regular blood tests easy. Michelle is a credit to Laverty Pathology.
I took my father here to get blood test, we waited outside in the wind for a while while the assistant was on a lunch break, he needed to go to the bathroom that was locked, he had went any way but got his pants, he is 80 years old, blind,deaf and dementia, that can't read or write When she noticed he had wet his pants she began to get upset and complained she would now need to clean the chair with a special cleaner and ask me not to bring him back again, I apologised embarrassed, her special cleaning products was windex in ... read more
