When they have shortage of staff they don’t let the patients know on their opening hours I have with 4other people waiting for half an hour until called head office to be told there is shortage of staff That is not good enough when we have other appointments to attend too
The staff member was well trained & efficient. The wait time was minimal & waiting area was comfortable
Elly was fantastic—kind, calm, and very professional. I’m extremely anxious about needles, but she made the process comfortable and completely painless. Great service and a real credit to the clinic.
