Heads up, this location is closed! Booked over the phone for 7am appointment, and when I arrived this morning there’s a sign on the door saying closed but no notification prior. Called the customer service line and the lady said they should be open. I received an email at 7:35am saying my appointment has been cancelled. Had to book in at another location for later in the day 5km away missing half a day of work and still can’t eat as I need to fast for my blood test, what a shame!
Just a heads up that this centre is currently and temporarily closed, despite Google saying it’s open.
It is frequently not open during the hours it says it will be open. There is another pathology company next door.
Afroza was very friendly and welcoming. She kindly offered to help print the form I had forgotten to bring, and the overall service was amazing. I was able to get my test done as soon as I arrived.
