DONT USE ANY LAVERTY SERVICES AT ALL!! ANY LOCATION!!! The nurse who took my blood at Laverty Pathology was lovely and professional. No complaints there at all. The billing system, however, is a complete disaster. For the past 10 months I’ve been sent repeated invoices that are unclear, poorly labelled, and basically impossible to understand. Waited 40 mins past opening time. No lights on, door closed. Gave up and went elsewhere. Should have read reviews before, doesn't seem isolated. Very frustrating for fasting bloods. Alot of wasted time
Do not go here. I was told my ecg would be bulkbilled by Richard but yet he still qsked me to sign the financial consent and when i questioned this he said its just their system and reassured me i wont be charged. I was literally scammed- i got charged a few days later and he never fixed the issue.
Thankyou for your kindness and empathy in dealing with me. I had a bit of anxiety at the time.
