Staff are nice and location is easy. Everything else is complicated. The phone number, booking, asking any questions and how much anything costs. You won’t be able to get a answer. Need an easier customer help line number .

Over 35 mins line — never had to wait for a blood test that long. The system with the numbered cards is ridiculously outdated. Just go to the other Laverty across Belmont St (2-min walk) for a much faster and friendly service.
