Staff member was excellent. He was on his own and centre was very busy. He handled the situation with ease. Collection was painless and efficiently performed.
Rocked up at 12:40PM and it’s closed for lunch, returning at 1PM. If it has to close for lunch, this should be outlined in the opening hours.
The blood collector didn’t even feel or look where my vein was in my cubital fossa. Ended up much deeper than the vein was digging for it without the need. I’m a very easy collection as my vein is superficial and I collect bloods my self. I had to coach her on how to do it.
I had such a great experience here. The staff member was absolutely phenomenal. He was working on his own, yet he remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I came in with my two young kids, and he was so patient and kind with all of us, which I really appreciated. I’ve had my blood taken many times before and usually end up with a pretty bad bruise afterwards.
