They only do Adora patients if they get busy and turn everyone else away. Not worth wasting your time. Shame they don’t advertise that anywhere.
I cannot recommend Helen enough. I've had two blood draws here and both experiences were exemplary. Both times, Helen was accommodating and immediately put me at ease (taking the time even though it was busy). She was confident in her venipuncture and both times, was able to hit my veins (which can be tricky) on the first try. This review is long overdue- I cannot speak highly enough about the care I received from Anisa. I have always had a lot of anxiety around blood draws, but from the moment I stepped into the room, Anisa put me at ease with a calm, gentle presence. Over several visits Anisa demonstrated not only exceptional skill, but also genuine compassion and patience.
