I phoned ahead and was told by the man who answered the phone that they would be able to take my blood. When I got there I was met by a woman when she eventually stopped chatting about shopping with her colleague. She said "we can't help you, we are closed". When I said that I'd phoned ahead she replied "well, he's not in charge, I am and we are closed". I understand if they are closed they are closed, I even understand the miscommunication. That happens. What I am really upset by is this ladles attitude.

I just feel so upset this morning, I have my urgent blood test, I wait and wait till 10am ( thought public holiday opening hours might be late) couldn’t asked the reception because no one was sitting there, so what I did was trying to call the lab to find out if they are open on public holiday, but no one answer my call. Then someone tried to return my call with mobile number , sound so angry saying he got a miss call from my number , and asking why I call them.
