It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being at this location. Every single option forces you to receive a text message to email someone? This is the stupidest system ever implemented for a medical facility. Shame on you.
I used Laverty for a paternity test last year and the employee who done it was clearly nervous while doing it as he had no idea what he was doing. The paperwork had to be redone and I later found out that the swab did too, which meant I had to pay for another kit. This exact situation then happened again, so I had to take the child out of school twice and still didn’t have it done.
