10 months later and absolutely NOTHING has changed. This place opens at 8:00 am. It’s now 9:00 am, I’m number 4 in the queue and guess what? They are STILL serving number 2. One hour after opening and they haven’t even managed to serve four people. Seriously? The lack of organisation and efficiency here is unbelievable. I’ve usually had good experiences here, especially with a lovely and knowledgeable lady who normally takes my blood. Unfortunately, my blood collection appointment on 3 February 2026 at 8:30 AM was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a staff member. When she asked me to look away, I calmly said I was comfortable watching. She responded in a rude and aggressive tone, raising her voice and saying, “I’m not okay with that.
