There are numerous public reviews clearly stating that this centre is severely understaffed and that patients are routinely waiting for hours ( including myself) . The girl with the broken English and black hair is so rude and unhelpful. In a field where communication is vital & should be clear, you can barely understand her and she can't understand you either. Plenty of other pathologies that are better.
I arrived at opening time an it took 1hr 15mins to be seen, with one patient going in every 20mins.
Took my 11year old son to get an ECG. There were no patients, We took a number, when called lady promptly asked “who is pathology for?” I feel she was ready to say she cant take blood from children. I told her its just an ECG and she told me they dont have a machine. Terrible service. Will definately not return.
