Friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable premises.
There are numerous public reviews clearly stating that this centre is severely understaffed and that patients are routinely waiting for hours ( including myself) . The girl with the broken English and black hair is so rude and unhelpful. In a field where communication is vital & should be clear, you can barely understand her and she can't understand you either. Plenty of other pathologies that are better.
I arrived at opening time an it took 1hr 15mins to be seen, with one patient going in every 20mins.
