I did test on 7th Oct 25 and 20th Oct 25 and fee paid same day and also called 15 times on receipt number for itemised invoice but still invoice not received and executive saying we have system issue and escalated the issue but no luck Not understanding why system issue not getting rectified in a day and provide the bill so customer can claim in insurance company Lost the hopes now I will get invoice or not no trust now

The lady who took blood was in full panic mode and rushing today. I had to request her to calm down. My crime? Bringing two pathology requests on a Saturday. Her level of annoyance could have powered the entire waiting room’s lights. When she asked me why I came on a Saturday, I almost felt like apologising for existing on a weekend. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll risk attending on any day.
