The staff at Laverty Lab are often very busy and seem stressed due to a high workload. Having the same person handle both reception and blood collection can make it challenging to provide the best experience for patients.
Booked in a prenatal Glucose Test for 9am, but then waited an hour to be seen despite there only being 2 people in front of me. It took the pathologist 45mins to take blood from 2 people. Highly unprofessional and would go anywhere else for a blood test.
The staff at Rockdale Laverty were prompt and professional. Very pleased with the service
I would not recommend visiting this centre for the Blood Test. The Nurse there doesn't have enough experience plus not telling the truth of what happened. Very disappointing when someone lies and not accepting the mistake.
