Very professional and clean premises ample parking and friendly staff.
Staff and service was good but the place was not clean at all. Looked like cleaners haven’t been in for a while. The branch at Padstow is old but is always clean.
Extremely professional and polite would go to again and definitely recommend
1. No aircon 2. Huge wait 3. ONLY 1 PATHOLOGIST AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME 4. Very outdated 5. Can't find veins 6. Wants to send you off to another pathology In my opinion you can't be running a place like this where people are expected to fast and also have other places to be with only one pathologist available. No staff, low ceilings and an oxygen deprived environment, if I wasn't sick already this would 100% guarantee a sickness. Multiple Air Conditioning units, not one of them on. I've been here for 20minutes now and I'm starting to get chest pain because of lack of oxygen and in a place on a Tuesday you'd think that they'll have more staff instead of 1 person. 8 people waiting in the facility and the counts of the numbers are not right. I would not recommend this facility to draw blood.
