Very efficient and professional staff. Never received results so quickly via mobile, thankyou
Quick and easy on a Saturday morning. The older gentleman was working alone but was efficient. When I mentioned I wanted my partner to accompany me, he was accomodating and allowed me to lie down for the blood test, making me feel a bit better. Although it took two attempts to draw blood, it was an overall good experience even though I’m terrified of needles and blood.
I am waiting at the ramsgate pathology now, google says you are open right now 7am on wards. No one is here to open the front door. I woke up 6am to be the first one here to get my blood drawn before work. I’ve called the number on your front door sign & the number on google, again no human to assist just AI bot directed me to website. Not impressed.
