Has 7am on door but still not open at 7:30am😢
I went to this Pathology for a blood test today, as their website mentioned they open at 8 AM. I arrived at 8 AM and waited until 8:50 AM, but no one showed up to open the door or even acknowledge the situation. This is incredibly unprofessional, especially considering the importance of timely medical appointments. I wasted nearly an hour of my time, and there was no communication or explanation for the delay. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Very unprofessional man, just refused to do my blood test at 32 weeks pregnancy and asked me to go to Capital pathology and these were similar test, I have done from here in 28 week pregnancy.
Very disappointed. No staff turned up at opening time. Waited for 30 minutes, still no staff. There were several other people waiting. This is unacceptable.
Absolute joke of a place run by clowns. Not only are their opening times misleading, they also do not answer the phone. I will definitely be raising this much further.
