Sahed collected my bloods today via venepuncture. He lacked a lot of aseptic techniques, didn't sanitise his hands, palpitated site again after cleaning with alcohol swab. Applied tourniquet very tightly for at least 3 minutes when he was preparing for everything. When i told him its too tight and i can't feel anything down my hand and its numb, he didn't listen to me. Think there is a new staff member there. Rude, can't communicate and not competent in taking blood.
I’ve had so many visits to this Laverty Pathology for blood tests our first pregnancy, and the service has consistently been excellent. The main staff member ( one guy) handling everything is very efficient, friendly, and patient. He explains things clearly and makes the experience comfortable, even for more complicated tests like NIPT/ glucose tolerance tests. Truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

Always friendly and good at his job as it is not painful. I have bad experiences with other pathologists. Would recommend him to anyone.
