Collection staff needs to be increased to match the needs based on evidence. Not fair to leave one staff handling too many people as it compromises the quality of service and care
Hi, it was nice experience, the staff was polite, trained, well-mannered and respectful !
Convenient and they provide an excellent friendly service to the community even during the weekend.
Google should start the option for minus rating as well. Laverty pathology service was dammed slow and frustrating. Never experienced such a slow service anywhere else. I don’t know what they do in between one client to another. Do they go for a long drive for refreshments and come back for another clients.
