Came for pathology. Pathology lady was sitting in the room with door open. Waited 25 minutes to see her shut the door and her not come out. Went to front desk and was told she was at lunch for another hour. A sign would have veen great as other people had been waiting longer. Admin was ride AF. How long do Laverty staff get for lunch seriosuly
I had bloods today with Sylvie. She was just beautiful. Very professional and caring. I had my baby with me and she made the process feel so easy. Thank you, Sylvie!
