Came in for a blood test while pregnant. Pathologist was very brusque and nicked a nerve taking blood causing an electric shock type pain that brought me to tears and the pain lasted weeks

We regularly do blood tests due to health issues and have never had a bad experience anywhere else—except at this pathology clinic. The bruising here is severe every single time, and this is unacceptable. During my latest visit, a staff member (an Arabic lady) struggled to find a vein, had to switch arms, and left me with significant bruising, numbness, and sharp, electric-shock-like pain in my arm. Absolute joke. I had an appointment at 8:30am for a pregnancy diabetes test. I had confirmed on the phone that I needed to leave by 10:30am to get to the hospital. They didn’t see me until near 9:00am then refused to do the test and I’d need to stay until 11:00am. Now I need to both reschedule the diabetes test and have an additional appointment at the hospital. Very rude, no apology at all from staff.

Unbelievably bad. The lady is rude and does everything in her power to NOT take a blood test. Went straight to Mortdale DHM and So much better and took the blood test. How can something so easy be so hard.

Asian lady who performed the test did not provide any privacy at all during the test, did not use gloves at all and did not perform hand hygiene at all to say the least. Rude attitude and very unprofessional.
