Initially she asked me about my insurance that, each blood tests will cover in my policy al( After checking all the details of my card) After 4-5 days they sent Invoice for Big payment by saying that You are not covering this one so You have to pay kind off . Absolutely unacceptable service!!! I attended my appointment on time to have my 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor removed, only to be told that no staff were available and that the person responsible had already left for the day. This left me having to go to several other clinics to try to have the device removed, which was extremely stressful—especially as not all clinics are able to remove this type of monitor. To make matters worse, the staff member who fitted the device later had to come to my home to collect it ... read more
