Person who took my blood sample seemed very stressed out early in the morning; missed my vein and now I have a bruise on my arm
This place is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR GO HERE. SAVE YOUR TIME. We arrived for our 8 am appointment, waited till 8:30 (see attached photo), and the place had locked doors and no one in attendance. We saw multiple people come and go. We called their helpline (the number listed on this Google maps listing), and even they were unable to reach the store, or the area lead. I had to have tests done today & my Dr told me he wanted me to only go to Laverton cause they take more care & are more thorough, it was a breeze, quick, polite & painless, I'll go there from now on.
Went there early in the morning on Thursday 13/11/25 I had the most shocking experience, the lady didn’t understand what was on my referral and what she needed to collect. She kept asking me if I knew what it was and at this stage I was concerned for her to withdraw my blood as she didn’t seem like she knew anything about her job! The only thing she understood was b12 and said it’s not covered by Medicare and I have to pay $75 for it???? I have called other places and they definitely confirmed it is covered by Medicare.
