I had booked my GTT test for 12pm on the 13/4 as I have UNI and work 3 jobs. It’s hard for me to keep up with my health and my day-to-day life. I had UNI in the morning then rushed back to make it to Padstow at 12. I got there at 11:50am and the doors were locked. On the door had a sign saying “lunch break 12-12:30pm”. This place is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR GO HERE. SAVE YOUR TIME. We arrived for our 8 am appointment, waited till 8:30 (see attached photo), and the place had locked doors and no one in attendance. We saw multiple people come and go. We called their helpline (the number listed on this Google maps listing), and even they were unable to reach the store, or the area lead. I had to have tests done today & my Dr told me he wanted me to only go to Laverton cause they take more care & are more thorough, it was a breeze, quick, polite & painless, I'll go there from now on.
