Very poor service. This centre does not open at 7 am. I remember coming here before and it was okay. I saw the google reviews regarding padstow laverty and others have been saying the same thing that no one was here at 7 am. I agree with another comment saying this centre should be shut down. I am also fasting which makes things harder because I have to wait for another centre to open at 8 am. Not sure if anyone actually works here at all. Nobody answers phone as it goes directly to the Voicemail. If you message them, they never reply. If you go to the centre, there is no one. I used to see an older lady working there. I suppose if she doesn’t work, the centre is closed. It’s so unprofessional and unethical to run a business like this. You guys need to recruit some professionals to work their consistently.
I had booked my GTT test for 12pm on the 13/4 as I have UNI and work 3 jobs. It’s hard for me to keep up with my health and my day-to-day life. I had UNI in the morning then rushed back to make it to Padstow at 12. I got there at 11:50am and the doors were locked. On the door had a sign saying “lunch break 12-12:30pm”. As I said, it was 11:50.
