The blood collection chair was filthy, the collector was cranky and above all, hygiene was terrible. The collector didn’t wash hands while touching their phone prior to the blood collection procedure. Touching the gloves with those uncleanand unwashed hands.

Rema at the Macquarie Shopping Centre location was one of the best pathology collectors I’ve ever had. She was so unbelievably helpful to me especially when I had over 10 vials of blood to take. She is an absolute gem and a one in a million. She made taking so much blood so easy, and was so kind and caring throughout the whole process.
