The collector arrived more than half an hour late for the online booking customers and did not appear apologetic for the delay. The front desk staff was unable to assist with basic enquiries, which caused further frustration. Management team- you need to review the current systems, workflow processes, and staff training to ensure a better customer experience. You have an online booking system, yet walk-in customers are still able to jump the queue. What is the point of booking in advance if the appointments aren’t honoured?
How long is the lunch break? I came here at noon and was told the attendant will be back only after 1 pm! This happened even last time, I was there around 1:15 and the person still on a break. Badly managed place.
Had a bad experience with this tall Asian guy who seems to be very inexperienced
Went there on a Monday and tried getting blood twice til the nurse was out of needles. Then told told me to come back next day. Then came back Tuesday, after waiting 2 hours, initially said no needles still! So told him isr the bigger needles. Then told me no more blood culture bottles coz we used it yesterday. So incompetent and bs.
They able to server only 5 persons per an hour. Absolutely unsuitable service.
