Having read the comments, there should be some acknowledgement that this is a poor service; however, months of comments have not lead to any change. Don't respond with lip service, take some action.
Rema at the Macquarie Shopping Centre location was one of the best pathology collectors I’ve ever had. She was so unbelievably helpful to me especially when I had over 10 vials of blood to take. She is an absolute gem and a one in a million. She made taking so much blood so easy, and was so kind and caring throughout the whole process. Always come here for blood tests, all the nurses are always so friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
Arrive at 9am on a Saturday and we're the 5th in line. Left at 10:40am and the person taking blood had trouble taking the blood. Better off going somewhere else as they are slow and useless here
