Trying to get the itemised receipt for last two weeks. They are not reachable in their number, end less hold and no reply for emails. After paying a hefty money the Customer cannot get the bills and claim from insurance. I do not understand this low grade business. Itemised receipts should be given on the spot during the payment. Unfortunately need to fight with fair trade to get this small job done.
Very bad bad bad experience with this laverty. I need them to issue me the blood test invoice, I’ve been called this centre many many times, however nobody pick up my call. I also applied the invoice online three times in different time period. And never received any response, no invoice. What the problem with you guys?
I had a blood test done here today and the staff were very friendly, patient, and professional. The whole process was quick and smooth, and the clinic was clean and comfortable.
