Great option for pathology if you want to avoid the long queues in larger centres. Plenty of free parking nearby and seating inside. Staff friendly and helpful.
I attended the Nicholls site to get quite a bit of blood drawn, which is not a pleasant occasion at the best of times. Despite my near nonexistent veins, fainting and some unavoidable IT issues, Annie remained wonderfully calm and warm while taking my blood and completing the paperwork. Her standard of care was absolutely above and beyond and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness to make sure I was well and we still got everything done in one session. Thank you, Annie!
Will not use again. Would not provide results to me - the patient. Invaded my privacy with questionnaire before they would collect blood - no fill, no collection. No patient called before me - yet I had to wait over 15 minutes.
Best lab in Canberra! All staff I’ve met have been patient, kind, and true professionals.
