If I could give - 1 Star, I would. Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying for 15 days to get an itemised copy of the services done so I can claim with my health insurance. No reply to the online form, phone calls go nowhere, and even going to the lab in person didn’t help. No one gives clear answers or takes responsibility. Only answer we had in the lab is: here we can't access this for you, please call xxx number" The number is the same that goes electronically round and round and no answer from a real person .I feel s... read more
Easy to find Got straight in Great service Lovely lady Easy access Professional
I came to this one as I had a bad experience at another to never return here again. I have blood and is in real need to retain my own to be Jane’s into quality O negative blood pouring out. Had to go to staffs boss to be told to tell you about it. Go to there review page. I am one to look for a positive. No reply on having a good weekend as well. Total silence
I found the pathologist very friendly and I felt at ease, very fast and efficient.
Such a great experience here. Friendly staff, efficient turnaround times and clean facilities. I can't recommend it enough. Honestly, I only went here because my normal place was closed, but after my experience, it will be my new regular location for all things pathology.
