This collection centre did not appear to be a clean, organised or sterile location. I would not have my procedures conducted here in future unless the collection rooms were deep cleaned and updated/renovated.
I had a urine and blood test on the 15th December 2025 in Wallsend Newcastle. I was assured my doctor would have the results by the 19th December. It is now the 29th December and my doctor still hasn't received the results. I have emailed and not received an answer and there is no way of contacting them by phone. Not impressed.
I needed blood taken, could not correctly get my vein in right arm, tried left and totally missed again. Do not be afraid to complain.
