I just had a blood test at Laverty Pathology Neutral Bay that wasn't covered by Medicare, and I'm quite disappointed with how the fees were handled. When I asked about the cost, the lady told me it was $90, which surprised me as my GP had mentioned it would be around $50. Great staff! All procedure cleared explained and it hasn't taken 10mins. Full access via lift if required.
Was hesitant to go here due to the low average rating, but turned out to be pretty easy and straightforward! Walk-in / No appointment needed, short waiting time, 6-8min for the blood collection and the lady was very friendly and informed me about potential out of pocket costs. Was out of the clinic in less than 15minutes!
