I've had a terrible experience twice now visiting this collection centre. Only one nurse on duty both times working under appalling conditions - broken air con unit, computer system not working properly, depressing looking room, no assistance. Waited 2 hours to have a blood test when only 1 person was in front of me. Patients were just walking out due to wait time. One of the most disgusting experiences I've had recently and shame on such a wealthy pathology company not hiring another person and treating its clients so badly... read more

So very clean and warm, my wait was very long due to only 1 staff member and a appointment in the middle of the que. The collector was so apologetic but doing her best, so much stress put onto collectors that they may make mistakes and that is of no benefit to anyone. Thankyou.
