Amazing nurse here. First came to this clinic over a decade ago and now this is the only pathology clinic I go to. I have small veins and have gotten bruises after a blood test at other clinics but it never happens here. Nurse is very kind :)

I attended on Saturday around midday and the process was smooth overall. I was asked to take a number and wait; the wait was short, and the staff member who collected my blood was polite and professional. Communication throughout was clear. My only concern was the waiting room environment. I understand the space is shared with other practices, but on a hot day the air conditioning did not seem adequate, which made the wait uncomfortable.
