I would like to raise a concern about my experience today, 31/10. I left my workplace earlier to come for my blood test, as the advertised afternoon collection times are from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. I arrived at approximately 4:18 pm, took a number, and waited to be called. However, after a while, the staff informed me that I could not be attended because it was already too late, even though it was still before 4:30 pm. Each time I went to this lady she is extremely swift and efficient. Yesterday took my daughter, my daughter also mentioned that she did not feel a thing. This lady is really good.
