I had a good experience here today. Short waiting time. My wife has gone here 5 or 6 times in the past with all good experiences.
Really didn't want to give any stars. Very rude woman at Mount Hutton branch. Her behaviour toward us was abysmal. She had me in tears. In the end when she failed to draw blood from my son she told us not to come back there. "I'm not prepared to try again. Go somewhere else " she said. Okay sure, you bet.
Warning! Worst staff ever. If you want to be stabbed twice with the rudest staff sure go there. I would give it -10 star if the option is available. NEVER GO THERE !
