Highly proficient and professional staff in an easily accessible location - will certainly use this facility again and again :)
Good to see they’ve listened now have two staff (and extra in training). Although staff member with keys were late so we were sitting in cold for 10-15 mins past opening. Not end of the world but seems poor communication as late staff was told others had key. The collector who served me was very professional, polite, apologetic and made experience really good (piercings red hair). It seemed very odd possibly not sterile though that the room I was in looks like a storage cupboard with a collection of pictures not hung sitting... read more
