This is a busy one woman show. I had seedless bloods taken today. I can see how it might get a bit chaotic when busy. The lady was professional and nice.
Very Disappointed – Would Never Recommend My experience at this centre on 24/10 was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This was my second visit, and the attendant could not locate my health insurance details, (Second visit). Instead of taking the time to properly check, she charged me $280 for two blood tests on the spot. I had a very upsetting experience when I went to this collection centre with my daughter for a blood test. The staff member who was supposed to take the sample was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at me, didn’t let me explain properly, and abruptly told me to go to another nearby location because she “doesn’t collect samples from children.” There was no compassion, no patience, and absolutely no respect in the way we were treated.
