Rude and seems uncertain of processes. Very uncomfortable experience
I received wonderful service here! I was having a lot of trouble emailing my pathology request and the lady was soooooo patient with me, regularly checking her computer to see if it had finally come through. She also took my blood so smoothly and professionally. Thank you!
Really unhygeinic looking centre. Was hopefully it would be done quickly as I got there first thing at 7:30am. The staff member couldn't take blood from veins on either arm. Drank water then tried again after 20 minutes. She still couldn't draw blood and wriggled the needle inside my arm. It was very painful. Would never go here again. The place was so dirty it should be closed.
If you read all the reviews and think it cant possibly be as slow as they say, get ready its even slower than you'd believe
DO NOT GO. Unprofessional and still have received test results. Only go if all other pathology labs in a 60 min radius are shut - it is the worst.
