I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this clinic today. I’ve been waiting for over two hours, and there is only one staff member attending to a large number of patients. There is no receptionist, which makes the process confusing and disorganised, especially for elderly patients and those who are unwell. I understand healthcare staff work hard, but the clinic is clearly understaffed, and patients are the ones paying the price with extremely long wait times. Such a good experience in a difficult time. Needed blood work done and it was completely painless. Phlebotomist was really good.
The pathologist who administered my blood test was very friendly, kind and experienced. As someone who is nervous about these types of tests, so made the experience much better. There was no wait time for me either.
Do not go here. Absolutely butchered my arm and could not find blood apparently. Avoid this place.
