Friendly staff. No problem
Compared to Douglas Hanly Moir, this pathology clinic has pathetic turnaround times. Never have I or my doctor waited more than 3 business days for results. I’ve always had results the next business day when I visit a hanly moir clinic even in Victoria where they call themselves Melbourne pathology, still 24 hour turnaround. My doctor has now had to follow up for results.
22 people in the waiting room, only one person operating, 20 minutes per patient ... this has been ongoing for 2 weeks already. Very poor.
Arrive at 5.10pm, told to take a number. The collection centre is shown as closing at 6pm on the Laverty website. Two people are seen before me and at 5.45pm get told we are closed,, come back another day. Don't care about patients.
