Arrive at 5.10pm, told to take a number. The collection centre is shown as closing at 6pm on the Laverty website. Two people are seen before me and at 5.45pm get told we are closed,, come back another day. Don't care about patients.
Worst pathology I've ever been to. Too slow
Mary is an experienced nurse. I have a deep vein and she was able to get my blood in one go without pain at all. Thanks Mary
Pathetic service. Clinic opens at 8am and the worker didn’t come in until 8.15am. Only 1 worker with a room full of FASTED people waiting. I walked out, would have been there 2 hours later especially when he’s with each patient for 15-20 minutes!! That’s unheard of. Should be in and out within 5-7 minutes. Read the room!
