I use the pathology centre at the Maroubra medical clinic and have always found the service to be professional and friendly . No appointment is necessary so it is easier to fit into your personal schedule. You do of course need your doctor‘s referral
I haven't seen such a careless rude health professional in my whole life. A patient was told off big time for asking politely how the system works since the numbers were finished and how long could it take. They were told to either go somewhere else or wait "maybe" they will have time for them and they close at 2pm. This was around 10am!!
Just avoid Laverty or healius pathology.

Compared to Douglas Hanly Moir, this pathology clinic has pathetic turnaround times. Never have I or my doctor waited more than 3 business days for results. I’ve always had results the next business day when I visit a hanly moir clinic even in Victoria where they call themselves Melbourne pathology, still 24 hour turnaround. My doctor has now had to follow up for results.
