Not even one star,Only 2 staff members , no one at the reception, there were a big queue but still one staff went on break without any replacement
Laverty Gungahlin has greatly improved its operations. Considerate and caring staff are helpful. For non-fasting tests you should avoid early morning visits.
Only visit this pathology lab if you are prepared to wait more than two hours. Our token number was 8, and we waited exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes. There was no place to sit inside, so we had to stand outside in the rain. It was very frustrating. If you value your time, I would not recommend visiting this place.
Very poor front counter service from the person serving this morning at Laverty Gungahlin (9.10am 28/2). I am not sure what ticked you off this morning but would be nice if you were a bit more polite to customers and let them know you aren’t operating on a number system anymore!
Worst experience, they had late and lazy staff assistanting one person in 20 minutes wheras people are waiting kindly and patiently for their turn. Had inconvenience doing test with laverty
