Poor hygiene practices such as wearing the same gloves while typing and collecting the sample. It seems there’s not infection control procedures in place. Poor information for patients such as bring your own water.
Had worse experience with Mr Karan who was extremely rude to me. Asked simple question to him, yet he responded very harsh. I won’t recommend anyone if he is on duty. Very unpleasant person to deal with.
Very professional and experirnced blood collection. Kind staffs and well organised facilities.
